  • We provided 18 months of complex outreach to a range of stakeholders, ultimately winning approval to build a 330-mile underwater and underground transmission line for Transmission Developers Incorporated.
  • Our public affairs team helped the New York State Association of REALTORS® advance a nation-leading proposal to create a savings incentive program for first-time home buyers. The proposal earned strong bipartisan support in the New York State Legislature.
  • We created a suite of videos for Discover Albany, promoting the unique attractions in the city’s downtown and highlighting the Visitor Champion program, which partners with local travel and tourism businesses.
