Emotionally, advertising is about making authentic connections and empathizing with the customer. It’s knowing what they’re looking for and the problems they want to solve. Rationally, advertising is about being where the customer is, and giving them what they want. It’s what we do, from broadcast TV to Twitter—and everywhere in between.
