For travelers, where to eat has become part of where to go. Mower helps resorts, hotels and destinations turn food and beverage into something juicier than an amenity — a must-try, must-share reason to visit.
Our work spans everything from destination dining and resort restaurants to celebrated chefs, culinary festivals, cocktails and regional food culture. We help hospitality brands uncover what makes their culinary experience distinctive, then build stories that connect it to a larger sense of place.

Pebble Beach may be synonymous with legendary golf, but its culinary program had become a destination in its own right. Mower built a sustained story around celebrated chefs, coastal California cuisine, refreshed dining experiences, signature cocktails and seasonal events — helping broaden perceptions of Pebble Beach from a world-class golf resort to a place where dining is part of the reason to visit.

The Lake House had already earned attention for its design and guest experience. Mower set out to make food and beverage just as central to the resort’s identity, building year round stories around Rose Tavern, Sand Bar, seasonal menus, chef talent, wine and spirits partnerships and the Finger Lakes’ rich agricultural culture. We also expanded the culinary story beyond the plate, elevating Director of Horticulture John Faerber and the property’s gardens, native plantings and new four hive apiary as part of a broader “Hive to Hotel” vision, with future honey harvests planned for the restaurants, bakery and Willowbrook Spa. By connecting chefs, growers, winemakers, horticulture and sustainability into one larger sense of place, Mower has helped position The Lake House as a destination where food and drink are part of the reason to travel, earning coverage in outlets including Forbes, Travel + Leisure, Food & Wine and other national travel and lifestyle media, and generating nearly 1 billion impressions during peak periods.

At Whiteface Lodge, the opportunity was to make the food feel as rooted in the Adirondacks as the lodge itself. Mower connected the culinary story to mountain life through regional ingredients, après-ski culture, cold-weather cocktails, seasonal menus and distinctive events. The work earned coverage in outlets including Forbes, Travel + Leisure, Food & Wine, The New York Times and USA Today, helping position the lodge as a culinary anchor within the Lake Placid experience.

With only weeks to build momentum for Pebble Beach Food & Wine, Mower created an integrated PR, social and influencer engine that gave more than 45 events a cohesive voice. Our onsite team operated like a real-time newsroom, packaging chef talent, cultural moments, sponsor activations and exclusive access into stories audiences could follow and share. The effort generated 48 million-plus earned impressions, 460% year-over-year growth in Instagram Story impressions and more than 1,100 high-value ticket prospects.

In Scottsdale’s crowded culinary landscape, Mower recognized that the resort’s culinary leader could become more than the face of a restaurant — he could become a national media personality. We developed a sustained broadcast strategy built around fresh, producer-friendly concepts that showcased his warmth, expertise and on-air appeal. The approach led to six repeat TODAY Show appearances, a feature on CBS This Morning’s The Dish and additional Food Network visibility.

Westchester County had the culinary depth of a major market — international cuisine, chef-driven restaurants, inventive bars, neighborhood favorites and emerging dining destinations — but not yet a unified food story. Mower framed the County as an extension of New York City’s dining culture, spotlighting multicultural flavors, new openings, cocktails, distinctive towns and easy culinary escapes. The work helped reinforce Westchester as a dynamic, accessible food destination just beyond Manhattan.
Mower also helped launch the Westchester Craft Beverage Trail, creating a cohesive story around the County’s breweries, distilleries, cideries and wineries. Through influencer partnerships, targeted media mailers and a launch event designed to bring the trail to life, we generated awareness and encouraged visitors to explore the region one pour at a time. The campaign positioned Westchester’s craft beverage scene as an essential part of its broader culinary identity — and another reason to make the short trip from New York City.
From iconic resorts and celebrated chefs to culinary festivals and entire destinations, Mower understands how food and beverage can shape the way travelers see a place.
We find the story behind the menu — the people, culture, landscape and experience that make it distinctive — and turn it into something travelers want to taste for themselves.
