Heritage Christian Services (HCS) is one of the top providers for people with disabilities across Western New York. Established in 1984, the organization has expanded its services to include children, older adults, and various community programs, all designed to ensure that everyone feels valued and respected.

Recently, HCS struggled to reach the right prospects with their recruitment efforts, leading to increased turnover among recent hires. With labor shortages already looming, it was critical we help them find the sorts of people that could thrive in a direct support role—and fast.

So, we created a new recruitment campaign based around a big idea that would reframe the qualifications of the job, while encouraging people to learn more about it. The idea? You know it. Not only do you know how to do many of the aspects of the job—with great perks and benefits, but you’ll also know this is an environment where you feel appreciated for the work you do, too.

We introduced a bold visual treatment and copy device while leveraging existing assets to bring our idea to life across AdRoll, paid social videos, print, radio and display all driving to a dedicated landing page.

Our “You Know It” campaign delivered 2.9M impressions across the Rochester and Buffalo markets and more than 2x the industry benchmark click-to-open rate in an initial email blast. Engaging with the right candidates? We know it.
