During a conversation with LGBT+ Advancing, Mower’s Vice President of Human Resources Margie Freer had a chance to talk about Mower’s values and how we put community first.
She commented, “There’s a job and then there’s a career. A lot of people are looking more long-term about a career – that has evolved. People prefer to find that home, so they look outside the skills and requirements of the job, and focus on what the culture and environment is all about.”
