New leadership structure and promotions signal strong growth as a women-led, employee-owned agency

Mower, one of the country’s top independent and employee-owned marketing, advertising and public relations agencies, has promoted 20 professionals that embody the firm’s guiding principle of ‘always raising the bar.’ These promotions took place amid a strategic reorganization and expansion of Mower’s core leadership team, reflecting broader changes to the industry and evolving client needs. These recent changes cement Mower as majority women-led and create a stronger, more competitive agency in the process.

Mower’s 20 elevated colleagues reflect expertise across its disciplines and specialty areas and represent several of the numerous cities that Mower’s network of 140 employees spans, including Syracuse, New York; Buffalo, New York; New York City; and Cincinnati, Ohio.

“We’re thrilled to recognize the hard work of so many of our Fierce Friends who demonstrate every day what it means to ‘act like an owner’,” said Stephanie Crockett, Mower’s president and chief executive officer. “As Mower continues to grow, it’s important to acknowledge our colleagues’ contributions, hard work and dedication to our agency’s clients. I am thrilled to see our colleagues advance in their careers and take on new roles and responsibilities that will make Mower an even more successful employee-owned agency.”
