Our team is seeking a Vice President, Growth Strategy Director to build relationships with the next generation of Mower clients. This is a true new-logo role for someone energized by opening doors, creating connections, and turning smart conversations into qualified opportunities. The role is focused on new client acquisition and does not include responsibility for organic growth within existing accounts or agency marketing.

The Vice President will focus on Mower’s specialty markets: B2B; financial services, including banks, credit unions, and fintechs; healthcare, including hospitals, health systems, and payers; travel and tourism, including boutique hotels, hospitality, and gaming; and energy and sustainability, particularly utilities and renewable developers.

The ideal candidate combines the persistence of a hunter with the credibility of a strategic agency advisor. This individual understands how to uncover a prospect’s larger business challenges and connect them to integrated marketing, advertising, public relations, and public affairs solutions.

The Vice President will report to a member of Mower’s executive leadership team and collaborate closely with the business development team, specialty leaders, marketing team, and agency subject-matter experts.
