These promotions celebrate the values-driven leadership our employee owners demonstrate every day,” said Stephanie Crockett, president and CEO of Mower. “Each of these individuals has gone above and beyond—for their teammates, for their clients, and for the work—helping to raise the bar and drive our collective success. Their growth underscores the strength of Mower’s culture and the depth of talent and determination across the agency. We’re proud to recognize and reward our Fierce Friends.”
In addition to maintaining independence and employee ownership status amidst a rapidly changing industry landscape, Mower further differentiated itself this year through industry recognition and renewed commitment to employee engagement and talent development. The firm achieved Women’s Business Enterprise National Council (WBENC) certification, the most widely recognized and respected national accreditation for women-owned businesses in the U.S. Internally, Mower kicked off its inaugural Emerging Leaders Academy dedicated to the training of future agency leaders and completed its first two-way mentorship program designed to cultivate a network of trusted advisors who model agency values.
