Sandy serves a dual role at EMA. As a senior partner, she is a member of EMA's executive management team. As director of client service, she works with clients and agency teams to develop and implement strategic marketing programs. Sandy's strong retail background, knowledge of shopper insights and observations of retail trends allow her to consult with clients on their approaches to the retail industry. She has worked with clients to develop account-specific programs for mass merchants like Walmart, Target, Kmart, Home Depot and Lowe's. In the course of her 18 years with EMA, Sandy has served:
