Faced with big demands and limited resources, today’s utilities and municipalities need an ally in their corner who can help improve their efficiency and effectiveness. Sensus had put the right people, products and processes in place to be that ally. Its challenge was to shift perceptions among public service providers from its roots as a meter box manufacturer to a consultative partner whose technology and insights could help them reach their potential.
Mower helped bring this new focus to life via a new brand image for Sensus. We created a new look that conveys a bold, optimistic energy and approachability and applied it to both online and offline communications – advertising, collateral, iconography, a new corporate website, and more. The new brand identity was unveiled in phases to accommodate key trade shows and product support. Initial feedback from show attendees, employees and partners has been overwhelmingly positive and has served as a catalyst for deeper conversations with customers who seek holistic infrastructure solutions.
Sensus’ new look has created brand pride and ownership among employees. To the company’s public service partners, it reflects a new brand promise that “when we reach together, we’ll all go farther.”
