These include several in the hospitality and tourism arena, such as Radisson Hotels and the Darwin Martin House. With a strong background in search, social, mobile, and voice of the customer analytics, Mary turns complex data into simple conversation points about the behaviors and shifts happening within a client’s marketplace and the strategies they need to gain a competitive edge. Her expertise in search analytics helps brands tailor their messaging to best align with the vernacular and cadence of their target audience. Mary is also a professor of Search Marketing and Analytics at Canisius College.
