BUFFALO, N.Y. — Labatt USA recently named Eric Mower + Associates social media agency of record. EMA now manages Labatt’s Facebook, Twitter and Instagram. The social media relationship began last year when Labatt piloted social media work with EMA’ s Activation Public Relations team. The Activation PR team specializes in integrating brand publicity with social media and customer experiences and events. Since that time, EMA has provided full community management of paid and organic content across Labatt’s social channels.

They provide awesome customer service, and they consistently deliver results,” said Janine Schoos, brand manager for Labatt. “EMA came to us with new thinking around building up our online community and providing more engaging content. EMA’s relationship with Labatt dates back to 2008 when the brand hired EMA to handle its public relations efforts. That year, EMA helped launch the inaugural Labatt Blue Buffalo Pond Hockey Tournament which just celebrated its eighth year, and has become a winter tradition in Western New York.
