SYRACUSE, N.Y. – John O’Hara, partner at Eric Mower + Associates, will lead a session on content marketing at the National Electrical Manufacturers Representatives Association’s annual conference in San Diego on Jan. 28.
At “Why Electrical Marketers Should Pay Attention to Content Marketing,” O’Hara will share simple steps electrical marketers of any size can use to create an effective strategy for developing and leveraging content in multiple formats. His presentation is targeted for manufacturer marketing and communications professionals, as well as reps, looking to grow their brands in the digital age.
“If you aren’t doing some form of content marketing these days, you aren’t really marketing,” O’Hara said. “Content is an essential component of any integrated marketing strategy—and developing an organized, focused strategy is not as daunting as companies might think.”
O’Hara has more than 25 years’ marketing experience and is director of content marketing strategy for EMA. He is also part of the EMA Buildings + Construction specialty group.
