Gray Moves to EMA’s Pump Digital & Direct Group

Eric Mower and Associates (EMA) announced that Kristin M. Gray has transitioned into the position of Engagement Manager in EMA’s Pump Digital & Direct Group. In this role, Gray manages various interactive projects including websites, online marketing and promotions, and social media for EMA’s business-to-business and consumer clients.

“We needed a top-notch account manager to help with our growing interactive business and Kristin was the perfect fit. She understands online marketing and is excellent in handling the details of the digital world,” said Tim Greene, senior partner, EMA.

EMA’s Pump Digital & Direct Group specializes in interactive services and traditional direct marketing, leveraging advanced technology, behavioral science and engaging creativity to enhance interactions with customers through a strategic, one-to-one marketing approach. Pump offers end-to-end services including strategy development, creative services, programming services, and account services.

Gray joined EMA as an assistant account executive in February 2004. In addition to her client work, Gray has also helped lead the implementation of EMA’s paperless workflow process. A resident of Skaneateles, N.Y., Gray holds a master’s degree in business administration and a bachelor’s degree in marketing from LeMoyne College.
