Mark Russell, senior partner at Eric Mower and Associates, will talk with business owners and marketing professionals about how they can magnetize their brands and differentiate themselves in the digital age. Russell, who is one of the keynote speakers at the BizBuzz Social Media Conference in Syracuse, will present at 3:40 p.m. Tuesday, Nov. 1.
Attendees to Russell’s presentation will learn how to use the right digital tools to meet business objectives and help build stronger bonds with their target markets. Russell will also discuss how brands can better connect with customers and prospects by building affection, relevance and trust.
“Brands today have more opportunities than ever to engage and interact with people. We think that brands can make the experience more meaningful and strengthen those bonds if they focus on the core tenets that serve as the foundation of any quality friendship: affection, relevance and trust,” said Russell. “Research tells us that brands that incorporate these qualities into their marketing enjoy greater loyalty, faster growth rates and healthier margins.”
