In the article, Slade explains how the executive coaching process can benefit organizations and identifies the 10 best insights an individual can gain from coaching. Slade says that coaching helps individuals identify a plan of action.
“HR leaders looking for ways to accomplish organizational goals faster or seeking resources for employees to deal with the inevitable work challenges that arise on a daily basis should consider adding a coaching program,” Slade said.
Slade is a certified professional coach. At EMA, he provides HR counsel to the agency’s partners and employees across seven offices. In addition to providing internal executing coaching, he is responsible for all HR functions, including staffing, recruiting, training and development, compensation and benefits, employee relations and payroll. Slade has earned multiple awards for his leadership and is chair of the HR Committee for the American Association of Advertising Agencies.
