EMA’s Dave Bulger Elected to CNY JDRF Board of Directors

Dave Bulger, senior partner and director of EMA Insight at Eric Mower + Associates, has been elected as a board member for the Central New York chapter of JDRF (Juvenile Diabetes Research Foundation). Bulger will serve a two-year term.

JDRF is dedicated to supporting research to cure, treat and prevent Type 1 diabetes. Since its inception in 1970, it has awarded more than $1.6 billion to diabetes research. The CNY chapter reaches children, adolescents and adults in 17 counties throughout Central New York.

The board oversees local programs that provide support to newly diagnosed individuals and their families. Board members also advocate for continued education and awareness and support a number of community events that raise money to fund research for a cure for Type 1 diabetes.

As director of EMA Insight, EMA’s agency-wide insight, strategy and planning group, Bulger helps top brands in various industries attract, nurture and retain their most important customers.
