EMA’s Craig Troskosky Elected PRSA Rochester President

Craig Troskosky, management supervisor in the Public Relations Group at Eric Mower + Associates, was elected 2012 president of the Rochester, N.Y., chapter of the Public Relations Society of America (PRSA). In his role, Troskosky provides chapter leadership and works with the board to build value, demand and an understanding for public relations.

Troskosky has been on the PRSA Rochester board since 2006 and previously served as the chapter’s president-elect, secretary, and liaison to the PRSA’s student organization.

“I’ve been involved with PRSA in some form for almost 20 years,” said Troskosky. “The organization has been invaluable to serving clients and to my career development, providing both outstanding educational and networking opportunities. Serving as Rochester chapter president is a great honor and I’ll do my best to maintain the high standards set by the outstanding professionals that have served in the post before me.”

Troskosky joined EMA in 2011. He is accredited in public relations from the PRSA, the industry’s only nationally recognized mark of distinction. He is a graduate of the S.I. Newhouse School of Public Communication at Syracuse University.
