Chris Steenstra, managing partner at Eric Mower + Associates, has been appointed to the judging panel for the 2012 Business Marketing Association Milwaukee Bell Awards, to be announced on March 29. She and 14 other judges will determine which 2011 B2B marketing campaigns were the most effective and creative.
This year, the Bell Awards will highlight “refrigerator-worthy” campaigns, pulling inspiration from the family tradition of posting kids’ very best work on the fridge. Judges will rate each entry on communications strategy, production, selling proposition, creativity and results, and will include an assessment of communications strategy and creative/production values. To qualify for a Bell Award, an entry must earn a score of 85 or higher, and be the top score in the category for which it was entered.
Steenstra serves as managing partner of EMA’s Syracuse office, responsible for business development, staffing, and financial management. She co-leads EMA Group B2B and is part of EMA’s Contractor Insight team. She has worked with clients including LENOX, Sun Chemical, KI and Kodak. A board member for the International BMA, Steenstra’s honors include multiple BMA B2 Awards; multiple In-Awe Awards from the Medical Marketing Association; Women in Business Award and 40 Under 40 Award, both from the Central New York Business Journal; and she is a graduate of Leadership Greater Syracuse.
