EMA Promotes John Richelsen to Partner

Eric Mower and Associates, one of the top U.S. independent marketing communications agencies, has promoted John Richelsen to partner.

Richelsen, who joined EMA in 2000, is director of EMA’s market research team and a leader of EMA’s Insight Group. Richelsen also developed and manages EMA’s proprietary marketing metrics suite of services and uses industry standard tools to create customized programs that help clients benchmark goals, track ROI and improve spend.

A graduate of Leadership Rochester and recipient of the Rochester Business First 40 Under 40 award, Richelsen is past president of the Rochester American Marketing Association chapter and member of the eBusiness Association.

Richelsen earned his bachelor’s from SUNY Cortland and his master’s from SUNY Binghamton. He resides in Canandaigua.
