EMA Promotes Dave Bulger to Senior Partner

Eric Mower and Associates, one of the top U.S. independent marketing communications agencies, has promoted Dave Bulger to senior partner.

Bulger is director of EMA Insight, EMA’s agency-wide insight, strategy and planning group. In this role, he helps clients achieve lasting returns in their customer relationships by focusing on quickly identifying customer/prospect attitudes, behaviors and perceptions, then accelerating desired behavior changes by creating conversations that enhance customer loyalty and speed up desired purchase behaviors. An expert in behavioral, direct and relationship marketing with nearly two decades of experience, Bulger has helped premier brands in various industries attract, nurture and retain their most valuable customers.

Bulger joined EMA in 2005. In 1994, he founded MicroMass Communications, a pioneering one-to-one marketing solutions company.

A resident of Baldwinsville, he earned his bachelor’s from the University of Alaska, Anchorage.
