EMA-Designed Logo for Charlotte Pipe and Foundry Featured in LogoLounge Book

A logo created for Charlotte Pipe and Foundry by Eric Mower and Associates (EMA) will be featured in the book "LogoLounge 6." LogoLounge design books showcase a collection of the world’s best logos selected by a prestigious panel of jurors for their quality, timeliness, relevance and inspirational nature.

EMA developed the logo for Charlotte Pipe’s ReUze™ system, a complete CPVC piping system for the distribution of reclaimed water, rainwater and gray water for non-potable uses inside a building. The use of non-potable water can contribute up to 10 LEED points on a project—25 percent of the points needed to achieve a LEED-certified building. The ReUze logo represents the environmentally friendly product line and reinforces Charlotte Pipe’s commitment to recycling. The logo’s purple hue represents the industry standard color for non-potable water systems.

LogoLounge books are the best-selling series of design books in the Rockport Publications line. LogoLounge is a research tool, reference guide and online portfolio for logo designers.
