Eric Mower + Associates, a leading integrated marketing communications agency, confirmed its commitment to downtown Buffalo by announcing it will move to the 13th floor of Key Center’s North Tower. The company currently resides on the 10th floor in the same tower.
“Key Center provides a central location in the heart of downtown Buffalo that serves as a connection between Canalside and the Buffalo Niagara Medical Campus,” said Sandy Gingerich, senior partner at Eric Mower + Associates. “This is a strong business district, anchored by some of the top private and publicly-owned companies in the Buffalo Niagara region.
“Key Center provides affordable, quality space with proximity to ample, safe parking. We are excited to continue to invest in the heart of downtown Buffalo,” said Gingerich.
The new office space will be completely redesigned as a modern, open workspace wired with state-of-the-art technology that connects Eric Mower + Associates’ seven offices. EMA has hired longtime design partner Zausmer, Frisch, Aggarwal and Scruton to create the space in collaboration with an internal agency creative team. Zausmer, Frisch, Aggarwal and Scruton also designed EMA offices in Rochester, Syracuse and Albany. Ciminelli Real Estate Corporation, the Property and Leasing Manager for Key Center, has been named project manager for the construction phase.
“We’re excited that one of the premier agencies in Western New York once again chose Key Center,” said Robert McDonnell, Ciminelli Senior Vice President. “EMA is known for its inspired work environment. We often take prospective tenants through its current space because of its dynamic layout and spectacular views. I’m sure the 13th floor will get a highly creative makeover that will set the bar very high locally.”
Eric Mower + Associates employs 50 people in Buffalo. Locally-based clients include: BlueCross BlueShield of Western New York, The Ford Dealers of WNY, Fisher-Price and North American Breweries, to name a few.
