Cogdell Spencer ERDMAN Launches New Integrated Campaign Created by EMA

As a key industry trade show nears, Cogdell Spencer ERDMAN, the nation’s premier integrated healthcare facilities company, launched a new website, print ad and brochure created by agency of record Eric Mower and Associates. The campaign highlights Cogdell Spencer ERDMAN’s position as an industry leader committed not to fixing the current healthcare system, but to helping build a better one.

The increasing cost of healthcare and a tough economy have made capital investments in new facilities increasingly difficult.

Cogdell Spencer ERDMAN’s marketing campaign centers on a newly designed website, www.cogdell.com, which went live in January and showcases the company’s six decades of experience setting strategy, raising capital, delivering the building, and managing the property—from concept to care. The ultimate goal of the new campaign is to drive brand recognition, reinforce the value of the company’s integrated delivery process, and support the company’s business development program executed through seven regional offices throughout the United States. The brochure and website will also be key communication tools at the 2010 American Medical Group Association Annual Conference in March, where Cogdell Spencer ERDMAN perennially has a significant presence.

The print campaign will run through December in key healthcare industry trades and regional publications. “No matter how nice the building, never forget patients would always rather be somewhere else,” reads the headline of the first ad.

It continues: “We’ve designed and constructed healthcare facilities throughout the country. Through all this, we’ve never fooled ourselves into believing patients enjoy being there. They’d much rather play in the park or relax at home, and quite frankly that’s where we want them too. Our efficient healing environments enhance patient care and get them back to enjoying life sooner.”
