Eric Mower + Associates has been named an agency of the year by Bulldog Reporter in the 2013 Bulldog Stars of PR Awards. The annual competition recognizes public relations firms displaying breakthrough thinking, initiatives and qualities. EMA won a bronze award in midsize agency category ($10 million to $20 million in revenue).
“It is an honor for our team to be recognized by Bulldog Reporter,” said EMA Managing Partner Greg Loh, APR, who heads the agency’s PR + PA Group. “Our integrated seven-office team has greatly contributed to the growth of our firm, our category expertise, and, most important, our clients’ success.”
The Stars of PR Awards competition requires a comprehensive application detailing client account retention; employee retention and relations (including noteworthy HR practices); new business and organic growth; industry achievements; and PR income. The coveted awards are the only ones judged exclusively by working journalists, who evaluate agencies on leadership, integrity and extraordinary achievement.
EMA is an $11.9-million Public Relations + Public Affairs agency operating within a digitally integrated marketing communications firm. EMA’s 50-plus person PR + PA team works with consumer and business-to-business clients, and has specialized expertise in crisis and reputation management, executive training and cause-related marketing. EMA also has extensive experience in developing and managing PR campaigns with strong social media and online strategies.
EMA has earned numerous awards and recognition from industry organizations and publications for its PR + PA practice, as well as work for clients including Domtar Paper, Legrand/Pass & Seymour and Kodak Graphic Communications. Earlier this year, EMA was ranked a top 50 PR (#45) firm by PRWeek.
