Brendan Kennedy of EMA Presents on Podcasting, Social Media

Brendan Kennedy, new media project manager at marketing communications firm Eric Mower and Associates (EMA), spoke on podcasting and social media Oct. 23 at an event presented by the Public Relations Society of America – Capital Region Chapter.

Kennedy discussed topics including the history of podcasting, how to create a podcast, what equipment is needed, and using blogs and social media sites to promote a podcast. He also discussed what to do with a podcast once you have created one, as well as recent client work.

Before joining EMA nearly two years ago, Kennedy spent 10 years in web development and five years in film production.
