You’ve reached the point in your career where you’re contributing equally to strategy, creative, and management. As  the Senior Vice President, Group Creative Director, you’ll be expected to evaluate and inspire creative thinking, whether it’s an integrated campaign or internal agency initiative. You’ll also be viewed as a trusted and knowledgeable resource for all things creative by colleagues and clients.

What you’ll do:

  • Manage and oversee multiple creative teams and accounts
  • Work with ACDs to ensure creative standards of Mower agency
  • Partner with account managers to make strategic recommendations that lead to account grow
  • Lead client meetings, present work, and identify opportunities
  • Deliver on both the creative and business objectives of the client
  • Review creative briefs and provide strategic insight and creative inspiration
  • Have a deep knowledge of process and optimized ways of working
  • Identify, recommend, and recruit creative talent
  • Lead new business efforts, including new client onboarding
  • Participate in Senior Leadership Meetings

What you’ll need:

  • 15+ years of advertising agency experience
  • 10+ years of experience managing a team of 10 or more creatives
  • Bachelor’s Degree that supports and informs your given craft
  • Proven ability to create award-winning work—and results—time and again
  • A track record of building and maintaining highly effective creative teams
  • A high-level of production expertise that spans all mediums
  • Ability to manage budgets, timelines, and deliverables
  • A proven track record of winning new business and developing client relationships
  • Director-level communication and presentation skills
  • A clear understanding of agency business goals
