Position Objective:

Assist in planning, implementation and maintenance of social advertising and paid search (PPC) campaigns across multiple channels. This is an entry level position that will lead to the development of a social marketing career. The position is essential to the day-to-day running of media accounts and requires an individual that works well in a team-based, fast paced, and detail-oriented environment.

Essential Duties & Responsibilities – Other duties may be assigned:

  • Supports cross-functional teams with resource needs directly related to campaign activation
  • Helps set up and QA social media advertising campaigns
  • Prepares campaign reporting for strategists
  • Supports technical implementation of social tracking solutions (pixels, tagging)
  • Monitors campaign performance in line with client objectives and KPIs
  • Stays abreast of trends in digital, social media and technology
  • Collaborate effectively with colleagues from a range of disciplines including Insights, Search, PR,   Creative, Analytics, Production, PM and Account Management
  • Participate in client workshops, presentations, and other working sessions as required
  • Maintain accurate, accessible and organized documentation

Educational Requirements & Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing, technology or related field preferred
  • 2 to 5 years of experience; preferably agency experience or marketing-related internship
  • Strong written and verbal communication and people skills
  • Proficient in Facebook Ads Manager, Twitter, & LinkedIn Campaign Manager required; Experience with Pinterest, Snapchat or Nextdoor is a plus
  • Prior experience in paid (not organic) campaigns specific to B2B and account-based marketing (ABM) required. B2C (specifically eCommerce) experience is a plus
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint & Office
