You’re a master of your craft and now see yourself managing, motivating, and inspiring those around you. As an Associate Creative Director, you’ll lead accounts, projects, and teams with the poise a grace of a seasoned professional. You’ll also be able to inform on design trends, new technologies, cultural issues, business strategy, and more—all the while, crafting smart, award-winning work for a range of B2B and B2C clients.

What you’ll do:
- Design and art direct work that inspires others
- Become the creative voice for your accounts—and teams
- Develop trusted relationships with your clients
- Assign creative teams best suited for each project based on ability and workload
- Review creative briefs that provide strategic insight and creative inspiration
- Partner with ACD copywriter to create solutions that are strategically relevant
- Lead concept presentations, internally and externally
- Provide written and face-to-face feedback for annual performance reviews
- Work closely with the production dept. to ensure execution
- Manage multiple projects, teams, and timelines
- Contribute to new business pitches
What you’ll need:
- 10+ years of agency experience art directing marketing materials
- Bachelor’s Degree in art, graphic design, or a related field
- A portfolio and broadcast reel that clearly showcases your thinking and craftsmanship
- Ability to mentor and train all levels of creative talent to enhance skills and performance
- A proven track record of creative judgement and successful client contact
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Proficiency with InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator, and Keynote
- Passion, energy, and a can-do attitude
Salary Range: $75,000 – $105,000
*Salary differential is based on seniority, merit, education, training and experience
