Katie BenderResearch Director
As a member of the research team, Katie partners with agency colleagues and clients to turn questions into actionable results. She is responsible for proposing and designing research, execution, analysis and reporting, and disseminating results to clients. Katie specializes in quantitative research, but has robust experience with qualitative methodologies as well. Katie’s early career focused on the healthcare industry, so she has rich experience in that field. More recently her areas of expertise have included our Energy & Sustainability and New Moms specialties, as well as both B2B and B2C clients. Most importantly, Katie’s experience lies in the design of research that addresses client objectives, and in the interpretation of results to provide clients with meaningful conclusions and recommendations.
