Siemens asked Mower for guidance with the product launch of its new E-series 2 MW engine, a new category of engine size within the company’s portfolio. Mower recommended a “teaser” video be shown at a private event for top customers during POWER-GEN International in December 2016, followed by the official launch of the 2 MW engine in spring 2017 at a Siemens facility in Spain. The highlight at the launch event was a video Mower developed that showcased the engine’s best-in-class features in a style reminiscent of luxury car advertising. Mower also developed a full suite of launch materials, including an ad, brochure, one-sheet handout, and a PowerPoint presentation for individual one-on-one client meetings. The launch events were well attended, generated considerable buzz and excitement for the launch across the industry, and received universally positive feedback.
