The growth of electric vehicle (EV) sales in the U.S. presents both opportunities and challenges for electric utilities. Leading utilities recognize this and have been working diligently to amplify the opportunities and manage the challenges. Our client National Grid is a good case in point.

Originally presented by myself and National Grid’s Ariella Cohen during the 2020 EMACS Conference, this presentation reviews our campaign to increase awareness, change perceptions and build advocates for EVs. The unique, holistic approach was designed to be effective for all key stakeholders.
