Senior Financial Analyst

Mower is currently seeking an experienced and organized Sr. Financial Analyst to join our team in Buffalo. This is an excellent opportunity for a mid-level person (3-5 years’ accounting experience) looking to gain additional accounting experience in an agency culture whom values its employees and has a fun and positive work environment.

Responsibilities will include (but are not limited to):

• Assist with month-end closing process
• Generating client invoices
• Accounts Payable entry
• Assist with A/R collections
• Report generation and filing
• Assist with special projects as needed
• Other duties to be performed as assigned

Qualifications and requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance or related field
• 3-5 plus years related work experience
• Strong understanding of the general ledger and accounting practices
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and tasks and work independently
• Strong PC skills, specifically Microsoft Office
• Excellent organizational and interpersonal skills
• Attention to detail and accuracy
• Professional, courteous and effective written and verbal communication skills
