New Business Coordinator

Mower has a unique opportunity available that will involve supporting initiatives and procedures that contribute to Mower’s new business efforts including the creation, updates, and distribution of new business materials. Working across our 9 office, the new business coordinator will help prepare RFP responses, manage the development and curation of case studies and other assets, and help teams prepare for new business pitches. The position reports to a Senior Project Manager in our Buffalo office.

Job Requirements:

  • A college degree in areas related to advertising (e.g. communications, advertising, marketing or a strong liberal arts education)
  • 1-3 years relevant experience (could include writing, content marketing, social media, desktop publishing)
  • Ability to work collaboratively across all 9 Mower offices and with various levels of management
  • Proficient in Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
  • Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Excellent verbal communication skills and writing skills
  • Enthusiasm in the execution of new business tasks whether big or small
  • Internship experience at an advertising agency, publishing organization or marketing department desired

Responsibilities:

  • Create, update and make accessible new business resources
  • Catalog new business resources using a digital database of assets
  • Process new business materials and seek necessary approvals
  • Assist in responding to requests for proposals and manage schedules and timelines for on-time deliverables
  • Update new business performance tracking including opportunity pipeline reports, win/loss tracking, and other metrics
