We are EMA.

There’s a reason why our agency is consistently named among the top 10 places to work in advertising.* Actually, there are almost 200 reasons. And they’re all smiling at you right now. Of course, our vibrant workspaces, anniversary luncheons and Bagel Fridays don’t hurt. And we really like what volunteerism and our annual Day of Caring does for our communities. But it’s these people who make us the creative agency we are — and make a real impact on our agency culture.

No matter what our titles might be, we know we share the same core values: respect for collaboration, hunger for learning and passion for creativity. We know we can trust, support and challenge each other to do our best work and keep stepping up our game. We expect it even. And despite our sport team alliances, we know a win for Boston IS a win for New York and every one of our nine offices. Our success is collective. And being able to share in our success with talented, motivated, just all-around nice, friendly people is what makes EMA an inviting place to come to work — and play — every day.
