As Director of Operations, Donn handles the day-to-day development and campaign operations for Pump Digital and Direct's relationship marketing methodology/technology practice. His oversight and direction to project managers and technical staff ensure that projects are completed on-time and properly reflect project goals and budget. He also is one of the primary Information Architects at EMA that help define and develop content structures for interactive projects. With more than 15 years experience in the interactive marketing field for a variety of Fortune 500 companies, Donn's experience has included both client and agency positions, giving him a complete view of the interactive marketing process.
