Pat began learning about contractors at an early age when he worked with his dad and his uncle, who were electrical contractors. He was always fascinated with how tools worked and the magic they seemed to do. He learned valuable lessons while tagging along on distributor visits, especially the importance of a great counter guy and how brand loyalty directed a purchase. A graduate of Greenlee’s Tool School, Pat often goes to the jobsite or distributor to gain the kind of voice-of-customer information that turns a dry product release into compelling lead editorial. By attending national tradeshows and conducting editorial press tours with his clients, Pat has developed and maintained the kind of industry relationships that repeatedly deliver high ROI.
