In his role as partner and director of in-store creative strategies, Rob oversees the creative process for retail marketing programs, from identifying shopper insights to development of strategy and final execution. In his 21 years with EMA, Rob has demonstrated his extensive experience managing many successful communications programs, and has created award-winning retail exhibits and merchandising programs for Fisher-Price and Mattel.
