Jim works with EMA clients to analyze and implement strategies for the successful use of interactive technologies like the Internet, intranets and extranets. In addition, Jim is responsible for EMA's internal interactive development resources, overseeing everything from network strategy to software implementation and training to e-mail, database and system consulting.
