Hal brought his experience in banking, auditing and manufacturing to EMA more than 25 years ago. Today, he's responsible for all financial aspects of the agency's seven-office network, from day-to-day client matters to budgets, cash management, audits, tax planning, and the preparation, review and analysis of financial statements.
