Since bringing his financial and business experience to Eric Mower and Associates in 1975, Fran has been a part of the agency's continuous growth. Today, as chief financial and administrative officer and board member, he is responsible for senior-level contract negotiation with clients and management of the agency's profitability. His responsibilities also encompass human resources, finance, information technology and all aspects of facilities planning.
