Eric serves as EMA's senior strategic and tactical consultant and heads the agency management groups that address overall policies, standards and practices across our organization and in each of our offices. Eric was an early advocate of integrated marketing communications and worked hard to become an advertising practitioner, sales promotion practitioner and public relations practitioner at the very beginning of his career. During the last 42 years, he has guided the agency's growth from a staff of four to some 245 professionals, and capitalized billings from less than $1 million to $222 million in 2009. His advertising and sales promotion experience encompasses the full range of manufacturing, wholesale/distribution, and retail, as well as healthcare, financial services, utilities, quick service restaurants, and professional services. His public relations experience includes crisis and issues management, corporate culture and senior executive counseling.
