Eric serves as EMA's senior strategic and tactical counselor and guides the agency's overall policies, standards and practices. He was an early advocate for integrated marketing communications and was an early adopter of utilizing advertising, sales promotion and public relations in client programs in both B2B and B2C categories. Always in his mind are thoughts of local and regional realities and how they relate to a brand's program goals and message delivery to customers. By virtue of having worked in nearly every segment of industry and commerce, Eric's broad view benefits clients in their initial and ongoing strategic and tactical planning.
